Customer Privacy

2910 on the Square will not sell or give away information that you have provided to us. We do not share customer information with third parties. None of the information that you provide us is sold, rented, or given in any way to anyone else. Our mailing list is used only for our e-mail newsletter. Customer Security

This site has strong security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information under our control. You can be confident that your information is protected. Payment processing is managed through PayPal. Your financial information is shielded with secure server software (SSL), which is the best available technology for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, which prevents others from accessing it during transmission over the Internet. No one has access to your credit card information (including us), and it is stored securely behind a firewall.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged for items shipped within the state of Maryland at a rate of 6%. Prior to your submitting the order for processing, an itemized total will be presented which includes product cost, shipping and sales tax (if applicable).

Payment Methods

Credit Cards Accepted - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards through the PayPal merchant program. You do not need to have an account with PayPal in order to charge your purchase. If you do have an account with PayPal, you may also use that to pay for your purchase. Please note that your PayPal receipt will read, Kabalah, Inc. d.b.a. 2910 on the Square.

Gift Certificates

Web-Site Gift Certificates
Purchase a gift certificatefor the amount of your choice and send it to your recipient. The difference between the value of the gift certificate and the product(s) added to cart is calculated and the difference recorded accordingly. The recipient is notified via an e-mail which includes a personalized message and the code they will need to enter on checkout to redeem their gift certificate. A confirming e-mail is sent to you, the buyer.

You may also choose to have your gift certificate mailed to your recipient via the U.S. Postal Service in case your recipient does not have a computer and/or an e-mail address.

In-Store Gift Certificates
Purchase an In-Store Gift Certificate to send to some one who lives in or around Baltimore and would like to shop at our "brick & mortar" location at 2910 O'Donnell Street, Baltimore, Md. 21224. You may wonder why we have two different gift certificates. Customers who live locally may prefer to shop locally rather than virtually as our physical location offers a wider variety than we currently offer on-line.

Gift Wrap

2910 provides unique complimentary gift wrapping for most of our items. Our merchandise comes in many shapes and sizes so we do not have one specific gift wrap that is used for everything. You can choose which occasion gift wrap for each individual product at the same time you select the item.

We cannot provide gift wrap for some of our large, heavy, unusually shaped items, or those items shipped directly from our vendors and artists. "Gift Wrap not Available" is noted on the item's information page. If you have any questions concerning gift wrap, please call 410-675-8505 or e-mail us.

For items sent to a different billing address we will always provide a 'gift invoice' which does not include prices. An e-mail receipt with pricing will be sent separately to the billing address. We give special attention to gift orders and, of course, omit price and sales slips. At your request, we will include a gift note with your personal message, printed on card stock, with any order, at no charge. Include your message in the "Gift Message" field during checkout.


2910 on the Square provides shipping via USPS (U.S. Postal Service), and on rare occasion, UPS (United Parcel Service). At this time, we can only ship within the U.S.

Merchandise shipped via Standard Delivery will arrive approximately one week from the date your order is shipped. Orders sent to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer to arrive. Orders requesting Express delivery must be placed prior to noon Eastern Standard Time on the day of shipment and will be shipped out within 24 hours if your requested item is in stock. If your item is not in stock, you will be notified within 24 hours with an expected ship date. The USPS Express mode of delivery guarantees 1-2 days delivery.

In stock product generally leaves our store within 2 business days of your order when placed before 5 pm EST. For example an order placed on Monday before 5 pm EST would ship out by the following Wednesday. Some items may require longer shipping times - this is noted with each product description.

Generally all items are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving the order. Saturdays and Sundays are not included.

Next Day:
Guaranteed delivery by the first business day after shipment. Orders must be placed by noon EST Tuesday through Friday for same day shipment, and all orders placed after 12 pm EST will be shipped the next business day.
International Shipping:
Currently we do not offer international shipping via our website. Please note we are working on this.

Inventory Availability

Although we do our best to communicate our inventory availability during your shopping experience, there may be some instances where as the order is being processed, we may need to adjust the status of your order. In some cases, we may need to cancel items from your order if they are discontinued and we have none in stock to ship. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please know we are constantly working to improve your shopping experience. We thank you for your business.

Returns & Damaged Items

If your item has been damaged during shipping or has a defect we will make every effort to replace it. If your order has been shipped by UPS (United Parcel Service), please call UPS at 800-742-5877 to report your damage. Damaged items shipped by UPS must be reported directly to UPS. After calling UPS, please call us at 410-675-8505 to arrange for a new item to be shipped out to you.

We understand that many of our products need to be seen and touched to truly appreciate them. For purchases made online there is a 30 day return policy, from the date of shipment. Shipping cost is nonrefundable and and we do not provide return shipping.

*Please note that outbound shipping costs on items that originally received "Free" shipping will be charged at the time of return.

Please ship the item(s) back to us in their original packaging and we will credit your account as soon as we receive the item. Credit card purchases can only be refunded to the original purchasing credit card. We will notify you via e-mail when your package has been received.

Or if you are driving through Baltimore, place your order on line and pick up your order when passing through Baltimore. We are only one mile off Exit 57 on I-95.
