In 2010 Gino De Schrijver, a chef of 35 years, developed a line of savory and sweet culinary preserves to pair with every course of a meal. Unexpected herbs blend with fruits to yield complex, well balanced flavors. Gino transformed the underutilized spaces of The Delaware Valley Volunteer Firehouse into a FULL production facility. In exchange, they receive 5% of our gross revenue. The surrounding farms inspire many of their jams.
Orange Saffron Cardamom Marmalade
A perfectly balanced marmalade with hints of saffron and cardamom. Goes beautifully with hard cheeses and Middle Eastern dishes.
Fig Meyer Lemon Honey
Fresh Black Mission Figs are slightly roasted with honey, then slowly cooked with sliced Meyer Lemons. We add a touch of balsamic vinegar and sea salt to give it a full bodied flavor. Serve with goat cheese or sharp cheddar. Great in a panini or on flatbread.
Meyer Lemon Lavender Marmalade
Rich deep lemon flavor with tart rind, and just a hint of lavender buds, giving this Meyer Lemon Marmalade the slightest of floral notes. Perfect on scones, mixed with yogurt or drizzle some on ice cream.
Spiced Caramel Pear Jam
A favorite during Fall and Holiday Season. Hints of nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon make this a must have for entertaining. Pair with blue cheeses and double cream brie. Get creative and use for thumb print cookies.
